So you’ve had two days of turkey leftovers and there is STILL too much left in the fridge? We discovered an amazing use of turkey leftovers by complete accident today and I need to share: order Indian takeout.

That’s right–just call up the nearest Indian restaurant, and order any vegetarian curry of choice. We had korma and rogan josh leftovers, added in strips of smoked turkey meat: and suddenly, turkey wasn’t looking so bad for the third day in a row!
In my opinion, the red curries (rogan josh, vindaloo) work slightly better than the creamier ones (korma, tikka marsala) but I think it’s just your own preference.
